• 15 years experience in healthcare design. HVAC design and AutoCAD are required.


• At least 10 years commercial or industrial design experience in HVAC systems, laboratories, clean rooms, sensitive equipment manufacturing, hazardous areas, and central plants. Excellent customer service skills, a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a PE are necessary. LEED accreditation is a major plus.


• 10 + years experience with building automation controls, BSME, and excellent AutoCAD skills and experience. A PE and LEED accreditation are a major plus.


• 10 years experience in designing Fire Protection/Codes, HVAC, and/or controls. BSME and excellent AutoCAD are a must.


• 10 + years with commissioning experience. HVAC consulting engineering a plus. BSME required; PE and LEED accreditation a plus.


• 10 + years experience preferably in pharmaceutical, power plant, pneumatic conveying and/or piping process. BSME required.

Energy Modeler/Lakewood, CO

This job requires at least 5 years experience energy modeling and able to use software models to improve energy use and space conditions. Must be knowledgeable of ASHRAE 90.1; thermodynamics, heat, and mass transfer; and HVAC design. A degree in Architectural, mechanical, or related field is necessary. This is a direct-hire position.
